The first phase involved the demolition of the existing service facility and replacing it with a state-of-the-art two-story metal building with service bays, car washing and a detailing area.  The tight schedule was mitigated by using a design/build approach for the mechanical and electrical systems.  Then, the ’60s-era showroom was removed to make way for the new dealership building, a two-story, metal clad building incorporating Nissan logo elements as part of the structure.
